Do you have a minimum or maximum ordering limit?

No, we don't have minimum or maximum ordering limit.  

Do you sell in Malta?

Yes, at ForeignFoody.com all products are intended for Malta.

What is the shipping cost for my order?

The shipping cost is visible at the checkout, but usually 5.99 EUR and free on orders over 40 EUR.

What are the shipping alternatives?

  • Malta Same Day Delivery (Not Gozo): Orders need to be placed before 19:00 on weekdays and 16:00 on weekends to receive same day. We aim to have your order delivered within 2-3 hours.
  • For Gozo the minimum order value is €50 and the shipping fee is €20 on orders under €200, over €200 delivery is FREE. You can place your order any day of the week but delivery is made on Wednesdays only.

Do you offer tracking, and when do I receive my tracking number?

Tracking is not available when you choose Malta Same Day Delivery. You'll however get notified by our courier well before drop-off.

Where is my order?

Keep in mind that the delivery time varies depending on what shipping alternative you choose. With Malta Same Day Delivery you'll get a text or a call when your delivery is on its way. Most Same Day Deliveries are delivered before 18:00, although during peak-times we might need to extend to 20:00.

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact us if you want to cancel your order, it can only be cancelled if it has not yet left the warehouse, it is therefore vital that you contact us as soon as possible.

Can I return my order?

We do not accept any returns on intact products since it is perishable goods.

How do I update my address?

You can update your address via your account under settings.

I forgot my password

You can change your password via the Forgot Your Password link shown in the log-in window below the "Login button", then follow the additional steps provided.

Can I order and collect products from you directly?

We do not have a physical store, all our sales are online.

What happens if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

Please send us pictures of the damaged or incorrect product and the documents inside the package to our customer support here.
