Full-bodied and crispy meringue bottoms with eggs from free-range hens. Try making a salty caramel sauce and drizzle over the meringue. Mix sugar, syrup and water in a saucepan. Let melt together, stirring in the meantime. Let it simmer until it gets a golden color. Heat cream and then add it to the saucepan and syrup. Bring to a boil over low heat and stir until mixed. Finally down with the salt and then let cool. Heavenly good!
